    B. Students evaluate each other in class based on concepts studied in class.
    C. During class students will analyze exercises of the teacher in terms of time, space, and force and then interpret through movement of their own bodies.
 
3. Lab Assignments- SKILL DEMONSTRATIONS
     A. Students create a personal workout with exercises from class and identify which muscles will be targeted and teach it to the class.
     B. Students will become proficient in Somatic concepts through performance demonstrations.
     C. Students will demonstrate their understanding of anatomy by verbally articulating as they perform a movement.
