At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

1.  Develop a plan for on the job support and addressing individual disability limitations in the
    workplace.
2.  Initiate the planning of a campus and/or community activity or event.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
1. Describe advantages and disadvantages of disclosing disability in the workplace.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of job proposals and job carving.
3. Delineate strategies for transitioning away from Social Security Insurance (SSI)/Social
    Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and into working independently.
4. Outline resources for on-the-job support.
5. Identify steps to plan a campus or community activity or event.
