Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

1. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to construct a tee shirt using appropriate construction techniques for knit fabrics.

In order to achieve these learning outcomes,during the course. the student will:
 
1. Identify different types of knit fabrics and their characteristics.
2. Apply basic construction techniques for sewing knits.
3. Select patterns and suitable fabrics for tee shirt construction.
4. Construct a basic tee shirt and several variations.

All topics are covered in both the lecture and lab parts of the course.
