THE FOLLOWING SPORTS WILL BE COVERED:  Football, Cross Country,
Volleyball, Basketball, Water Polo, Wrestling, Baseball, Soccer and
Gymnastics
1.Historical aspect of the rules
2.Rules, rule interpretation
3.Techniques and mechanics of officiating
