1. Understand requirements of local mortuaries while meeting the needs of the bereaved.
2. Discuss the principles of selling arrangements for sympathy occasions.
3. Create and design standing, sprays, set pieces, and casket sprays, using the proper mechanics for sympathy arrangements.
4. Identify and select appropriate materials for sympathy occasions.
