At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

1. Demonstrate proficiency in basic individual softball skills.
2. Participate in organized drills necessary for the development of skills beyond the beginning level.
3. Demonstrate an understanding of the rules of softball.
4. Participate in competitive games.
5. Repeating students must demonstrate increased depth and breadth of related
     skills, with new learning objectives.

II. Team Offensive Play (Strategy)
