At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

a.  Analyze and assess individual and team performance through the use
   of film.
b.  Demonstrate the knowledge of offensive skills and strategies.
c.  Demonstrate the knowledge of defensive skills and strategies.
d.  Utilize various types of physical training methods to enhance
   performance.
e.  Understand the rules of volleyball according to the governing rule
   book.
