At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

- Have the knowledge to develop individual and team offensives
 and defenses
- Have the knowledge and understanding of the preparation for
 coaching and teaching soccer
- Have the knowledge to develop a personal coaching, playing
 philosophy

Topics and Scope

- To teach and review basic skills,starting with small groups and
 building to full sided games.
- To review the laws of the games
- To establish effective methods for training participants
- To analyze dead bone situations of offense and defense
- To develop a better understanding of the tactical nature of
 the game
