Important Information About This Class:

This class is part of the fully online Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training Certificate cohort. This section will meet on zoom during scheduled class times. Students will be required to log weekly attendance at yoga classes, either KFIT Yoga classes at SRJC (as an enrolled student), other approved classes, or at local studios or gyms and are responsible for any associated fees. This section will have a 4.5 hour online orientation that must be completed between Jan 30 - Feb 3. Classes will meet by zoom on the following Saturdays and Sundays, Feb 4th and 5th, March 4th and 5th, April 1st and 2nd, and May 6th and 7th from 9:00am-12:00pm and 12:45-3:45pm.
