Important Information About This Class:

This class will have a mandatory synchronous orientation via Zoom on Thursday, 2/2 from 6:30-8:00pm. There will also be required field trips to a Lake Sonoma observing site (you must provide your own transportation) from 5:00pm-Midnight on Friday, 2/10, Saturday 2/11, Saturday, 2/18 and Sunday 2/19. There will also be three additional mandatory synchronous Zoom meetings from 6:30-8:00pm on the following Thursdays: 2/9, 2/16 and 2/23. This compressed class will have approximately 6 hours per week of online, asynchronous content. If any field trips are cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, alternate versions of the field trip activities will be completed asynchronously online instead. Course fee of $12 is required for necessary materials that will be supplied.
