Important Information About This Class:

This section provides a free online textbook that will be available once enrolled in the class. This class uses Canvas as the Learning Management System. While live Zoom meetings take place, some coursework will be completed asynchronistically (done anytime 24/7 in an online modality). Students must have reliable internet access and a functioning webcam that has both video and audio capabilities. Speeches will be delivered in GoReact. Given the development of nonverbal skills is central to the Communication discipline, students are expected to have their webcams on when engaged in synchronous online instruction.

Synchronous vs. Asynchronous Definitions:

Synchronous Online:

The class has no meeting times or days. Students view instructional materials and complete assignments online on their own time following a schedule of due dates.
