Important Information About This Class:

Class focuses on mixed media intuitive arts. This class introduces a variety of art materials and processes from a perspective of exploration and enjoyment of the process. Color and composition concepts will be introduced as well as ways to leave the inner critic behind. Current research in the health benefits of the creative process will be introduced. No art experience necessary.
