Important Information About This Class:

This open entry/open exit course allows students to use the Fitness Center Gym on either the Petaluma Campus (PC805) or Santa Rosa Campus (Room 615) during scheduled open gym hours for their participation credit to achieve their fitness goals. 35 total hours of participation is required for this 1 unit class (17.5 hours required for a .5 unit class). 1 unit and .5 unit sections are both available during the summer session. Course assignments will be completed online through CANVAS.
