Description:
This Certificate offers an introduction to the fundamentals of Aerial Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Mission Planning, Data Management, and Data Processing with emphasis on processing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, aka drones) data. Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- Plan aerial remote sensing missions.
- Gain familiarity with the concept of ground control for aerial photogrammetry and remote sensing.
- Gain familiarity with the least squares statistical method relating to aero triangulation and aerial
survey control.
- Gain a basic proficiency in photogrammetric and remote sensing data processing and preparation.
