1. Plan and organize the purchase, construction, set-up and removal of floral decorations for a special events.
2. Conceive and execute thematic occasion floral designs.
3. Create floral decorations for a variety of special events.
4. Based on subsequent repeats:
a. work with different seasonal materials
b. increase skill with assembly and design principles
c. gain confidence and speed

2. Final project: Assemble portfolio including photos of decorated special events with journal entries describing type of event, theme, and decorations used.
