At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

1.  Be able to complete a quantity survey of a residential construction
project using correct documentation procedures with accurate
results.
2.  Be able to do material take-offs for common building materials.
3.  Describe the role of quantity surveying in the construction project
cycle.
