At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

TECHNIQUES UTILIZED IN PRODUCTION OF THE SUBJECT CROPS.  FIELD
TRIPS WILL PROVIDE FIRST HAND EXPOSURE TO METHODS CURRENTLY
EMPLOYED IN SONOMA COUNTY, AND SOME ACTUAL PRUNING EXPERIENCE
WILL BE PROVIDED.

PLANNING.  CULTIVATION PRACTICES, FERTILIZERS, USE OF COVER CROPS,
